Week number two for jazz group Shards of Reason in the peak position on Jazzy Lounge Top 25 with "Goodbye, She Said" from their release The Saturday Bridge. "Goodbye, She Said" begins as a gentle, melancholic piano solo joined harmonically by the bass around the 1:00 mark. The jazz elements of piano, bass and drums blend around the 2:00 mark. Shortly thereafter we listen to Beth Freeman improvise off of her chord based melody.
