1. Freezin
A funky, rock-to-the-beat reggae dub is what Eddie Silverton delivers here. Yea mon!
2. Soul Chill
A drum, a bass and synths kick off this high energy vocal speaking on a relationship that has chilled. Exciting vocals and sax riffs throughout.
3. Supervision
This downtempo vocal tune draws you in step by step layering as the refrain "supervision" drawns you into the funky beat and floating synths.
4. Baak Waa
So dreamy and relaxed, yet a vibe for cosmopolitan people. Check out the opening synths and the soft female voice. Sweet.
5. Contas Novas
I guess as a reviewer, I should at least know the story behind the lyrics, but I don't. All I can tell you is that Liliana Giminez sings beautifully over a very jazzy Brazilian arrangement.
6. Coda
Excellent arrangement with a sweet piano melody line perfect for an outdoor cafe and casual moments.
7. Peninsula The opening dialog with a Jamaican accent sets the tone for this sauve lounge track.
8. El Capitalismo Foraneo
Ultra funky electro tango track sprinkled with samples of trains and dogs and utilizing effective solos with an Argentine instrument called the bandoneon.
9. The New Jazz Five
Dreamy funk? That's what you have here only with a cool acoustic guitar and floating flute solo and a very hip vocal.
10. Wounds
Echoing synths and vocals open this driving track telling a very strong story of a love no longer. The arrangement of this track is top notch!
